We work directly for you. That means you are always involved in any meaningful conversation about your life. We do not communicate behind your back or make decisions for you. If a family member calls with a concern, we generally discuss it with you first.

We respect your dignity. Our updates to your family or emergency contacts are focused strictly on safety and logistics, not your private conversations.

Quarterly Check-Ins

Every 90 days, we sit down with you for a formal review. This is your dedicated time to tell us if the support is working, if we are helping too much or too little, and if you want to make changes. We ensure the plan stays on your terms.

Your Custom Life Plan

We don't just "hang out." We build a plan based on what you want to achieve. During our visits, we focus on four areas to keep your life stable and interesting:

1. Mental & Social Engagement

We keep the world open to you. Whether it’s setting up technology to video chat with friends, discussing current events, or working on a personal history project, we ensure you aren't isolated.

2. Physical & Environmental Goals

We keep your home working for you. I can help coordinate a handyman, change high lightbulbs, or join you on a walk to keep your legs strong. We fix small safety issues before they force you to move.

3. The Business of Life

I act as your personal secretary. We can sort through the mail, shred the junk, organize tax documents, and manage passwords. You stay in charge of your money, but I help keep the paperwork from becoming a burden.

4. Legacy & History

You have stories that shouldn't be lost. If you wish, we dedicate time to recording your family history, organizing photos, or writing down your values for the next generation.
