We use Checkr, an industry-leading background check service used by companies like Uber and Instacart. They perform a comprehensive search of national and county criminal records, as well as the sex offender registry.

Insurance & Bonding

Cedar & Iron is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. We carry a comprehensive policy tailored for non-medical senior services.

Current Coverage (2026):

• Business Service Bond: $10,000 Coverage (Protects client property)

• Commercial General Liability: Coverage for accidents or property damage.

• Professional Liability: Coverage for advocacy and coordination errors.

• Hired & Non-Owned Auto: Liability coverage for business-related driving.
